Blue Diamond Steel Manufacturing has a plan that blends technology, engineering, and chemistry for 21st Century steelmaking. Advanced engineering will remain the cornerstone of Blue Diamond Steel Manufacturing; engineering that allows us to produce rolled steel for the automotive industry and flat steel for rebar and other long products from the same facility, a remarkable achievement, as we continue to develop proprietary innovative processes.
Artificial Intelligence (Ai) technology will increasingly find its dominance at the center of production decisions and procedures as we re-imagine ways to more efficiently plan social distancing infrastructure in the workplace going forward. Office and administrative functions will operate remotely whenever possible as advances in data delivery and video conferencing technologies grow.
Chemistry will also continue to contribute to the production process as proprietary Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) and its next generational derivatives replace aluminum as the light-weighting choice of automakers transitioning from fossil fuel vehicles to alternative fuel and autonomous vehicles.
